2019-2020 Fiscal Overview

A total of 12,917 unmet needs and cancellations for non-urgent transportation were reported across the Champlain region in the 2019 fiscal year, with 3,683 unmet needs and 9,234 cancellations reported.

Notably, March 2020 saw a significant monthly increase in unmet transportation needs, due to the COVID-19 global pandemic. For March 2020, 1,392 unmet needs were recorded accounting for 38% of the total unmet needs for the fiscal year.
